Orders are processed Monday-Friday*, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number. 

  • Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages
  • Special orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Additional Shipping Information

  • When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
  • We have taken precautions in our warehouses in line with local health authority and government guidelines to protect our customers and employees. As a result, you may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order. Currently, next day delivery and express shipping are not available. Please note, at this time product availability may be limited.
  • Orders to APOs, FPOs, DPOs, and U.S. Territories are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
  • If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
  • Title to the products in your order is transferred from The Hawaiian Jewel to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from The Hawaiian Jewel to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
