The Hawaiian Jewel stands by the quality and craftmanship of each product we produce; that is why every jewelry comes with a Limited Warranty. Our item is warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and services. This Warranty only covers manufacturing defects. This Warranty expressly excludes coverage for loss, damage, breakage, theft, changes in appearance, gradual degradation due to normal wear, misuse, or use outside of our care of instructions. Gemstone replacement is covered on a case-by-case basis. Repairs, sizing, or services performed by anyone other than Island by Koa Nani and its affiliates will immediately void this Warranty.
